New heart of Zemun
The first retail park in Belgrade covering total area of 77,000 sqm. Since its grand opening in 2015, this vibrant retail centre has become a key destination, featuring over 30 diverse stores and ample parking with 550 spaces to accommodate visitors.
Designed, executed, and managed by Landmark PMC for the MIVNE Group over a six-year period, this project has set a new standard for retail excellence in the city.
On April 15, 2021, Landmark PMC successfully facilitated the sale of the project on behalf of the MIVNE Group, marking a significant milestone in its journey.
