Spanning 5,500 square meters, this landmark structure, originally completed in 1962, was the first in the former Yugoslavia to feature a glass façade. Its modernist design has long been a symbol of architectural innovation.
Now, a team of world-renowned architects is working on a new conceptual solution for a luxury boutique hotel. The forthcoming redesign promises to blend the building’s rich historical significance with cutting-edge interior design.
