Be where convenience and luxury meet

Situated in the heart of Belgrade’s vibrant city center, just around the iconic corner of Knez Mihailova Street and Kralja Petra, the historic former Commercial Bank building is about to go through its biggest reconstruction.

Spanning 5,500 square meters, this landmark structure, originally completed in 1962, was the first in the former Yugoslavia to feature a glass façade. Its modernist design has long been a symbol of architectural innovation.

Now, a team of world-renowned architects is working on a new conceptual solution soon to be exposed. The forthcoming redesign promises to blend the building’s rich historical significance with cutting-edge architectural advancements, redefining its role in the cityscape.
